Tour Itinerary: 

Day 1 Chengdu / Beijing / Xi'an / Kathmandu to Lhasa
Your Tibetan guide will meet you at Lhasa airport and transfer to your hotel in Lhasa(70KM, 40minutes - 1hour). After arrival at Lhasa, have a good rest  to acclimatize in the high altitude(Lhasa, 3650m). Overnight at Lhasa hotel.

Day 2  Lhasa

Today you'll visit the World Heritage Sites of the Potala Palace, Jokhang Temple and the bustling bazzar Barkhor Market. Overnight at Lhasa.

Day 3  Lhasa

Continue sightseeing in Lhasa, visit Drepung Monastery and Sera Monastery. Overnight at Lhasa.

Day 4  Lhasa / Yamdrok Lake / Gyantse (340KM, 6-7hours, 3950M high)
Drive to Gyantse via Yamdrok Lake, visit the famous Gyantse Kumpum. Overnight at Gyantse Chugu hotel.

Day 5  Shigatse / Sakya / Lhatse ( 290KM, 6-7hours, 4050M high)
Morning drive to Shigatse and  visit Tashilunpo Monastery , then start drive to Sakya, visit Sakya Monastery. Late afternoon drive to Lhatse. Overnight at Lhatse Shanghai Grand hotel.

Day 6  Lhatse / Saga / Paryang (561KM, 9 hours, 4750M high)
Today you will have a long day drive,  pass several high plateau lakes, towns, herders tents and along the route with plateau mountain ranges. Lunch will be served at Saga.  Overnight at Paryang. ( Guest House, dorm bed).

Day 7  Paryang / Lake Manasarovar ( 270KM, 5hours, 4560M high)
Morning drive pass the many villages and camps of Yak herders with the distance view of snow capped mountains, cross the Mayun-la pass (5216m), if lucky might see many wild animals at the plateau grasslands. After arrival at Lake side, make a walk to Chiu Monastery which is the best point to see Lake Manasarovar. Overnight at Chiu Monastery village. ( Guest House, dorm bed).

Day 8  Lake Manasarovar / Darchen (60km, 1.5hours, 4560m high),
Get up early to see the sunrise at Lake Manasarovar, then drive to Darchen. Check into your guest house.Your guide will prepare yaks or porters for following trekking days. Overnight at Darchen ( Guest house, dorm bed or Camping). 

Day 9 Trek from Darchen to Dira-puk Monastery, 20km, takes about 5 - 6hours
The first day trek is a gradual walk with multitudes of other local pilgrims chanting and praying. The trail leads to few ups and downs till we reach our camp at Dirapuk (4,750 m.). Camping on the nice grassy meadows with a view of Kailash, north west face at Dirapuk for overnight halt.

Day 10  Trek from Dira-puk Monastery to Zutul-puk Monastery by crossing Drolma-la Pass, 15KM, takes about 6 - 7hours
Today our trek leads to much higher side of the holy path just beneath the Mount Kailash. The walk will bring us to one of the highest point at Drolma La, 5,200 m. before descending to the gradual field towards Zuthulphuk for the overnight camp. Zuthulphuk has a small monastery.

Day 11 Trek back to Darchen, 14Km, 4- 5hours
The winding gradual tracks finally ends our holy pilgrimage 5hours, Overnight at Darchen (Guest house, dorm bed).

Day 12  Drive from Darchen to Zanda (250 Km, 7- 8hours) 
You will have a chance to have Tirthapuri hot-spring on the way. Before arrival at Zanda, have a stop to see the splendid Tholing Forest. Afternoon visit Tholing Monastery. Overnight at Zanda ( Guest House, dorm bed)

Day 13  Zanda / Guge Kingdom ( 23KM, 40 minutes )
Morning drive to Tsaparang Guge Kingdom ruins, make a half day tour at there. Afternoon drive back to Zanda and have a rest or look around Zanda town. Overnight at Zadan ( Guest House, dorm bed).

Day 14 Zanda / Darchen  (250 Km, 7- 8hours, 4560M high) 
After breakfast, start drive back to Darchen. Overnight at Darchen ( Guest House, dorm bed).

Day 15   Darchen / Paryang / Saga (520KM, 9hours, 4600M high)
Today start drive back to Saga, you will have a last view of the Mt.Kailash on the way. Overnight at Saga ( Guest house, dorm bed).

Day 16  Saga / Lhatse (306KM, 6-7hours, 4050M high)
Today start drive back to Lhatse, after such a long time drive, you will have a good rest at Lhatse. Overnight at Lhatse Shanghai Grand Hotel.

Day 17 Lhatse / Shigatse / Lhasa ( 450KM, 7hours, 3650M high)
Today drive back to Lhasa along the Friendship Hway. Overnight at Lhasa Kailash hotel.

Day 18  Lhasa airport dropping off, end the trip.
