Tour itinerary:

Day 1  Chengdu / Beijing / Xi'an / Kathmandu to Lhasa
Your Tibetan guide will meet you at Lhasa airport and transfer to your hotel in Lhasa(70KM, 40minutes - 1hour). After arrival at Lhasa, have a good rest  to acclimatize in the high altitude(Lhasa, 3650m). Overnight at Lhasa .

Day 2  Lhasa sightseeing (B+L+D)
The first day visit the World Heritage Sites of the Potala Palace and Jokhang Temple and the Barkhor Pilgrimage circuit. Overnight at Lhasa.

Day 3  Lhasa sightseeing (B+L+D)
Today you will visit the two biggest Gelupa monasteries Drepung  and Sera Monastery and Summer Palace - Norbulingka,overnight at Lhasa.

Day 4  Lhasa /Yamdrok Lake / Shigatse (B+L+D)
Early morning start trip to Shigatse via Yamdrok Lake . Drive up to Kambala pass(4794m), you will have a glimpse of Yamdrok Lake , which is one of the three holy lakes in Tibet. Then drive back to chushul, along Nepal friendship way to Shigatse, visit Tashilhunpo Monastery and the spectacular tombs of Panchen Lamas in the afternoon. Overnight at Shigatse.

Day 5  Shigatse / Gyantse / Lhasa (B+L+D)
After breakfast, drive to Gyantse, only 90km from Shigatse (2hours). You will visit the famous stupa - Gyantse Kumpum, the most stunning architectural wonder in Tibet. Afternoon drive back to Lhasa along the friendship way. Overnight at Lhasa

Day 6  Lhasa airport / train station dropping off.
Pack your luggage and get ready for leaving. The guide will transfer you to the airport / train station and set off, end the trip.
